My Mom loves Elvis, so had to do this one for her. Funny thing is, when I gave it to her…she looked at it and thought I just bought it…she didn’t realize I actually painted it for her….and she loves it!

Just love how expressive his eyes are! Been told that if you just look at the eyes it can either be Benicio del Toro or Brad Pitt. What do you think?

This was my first color portrait that I painted…pretty happy with how this turned out! Maybe it was easier because it was only one half of a face.

Just practicing on my portraits and thought this was a great subject to use.

Black Sunday has been used to describe January 23, 2005, when four firefighters of the New York City Fire Department died in two fires. It was the deadliest day for the FDNY since the World Trade Center attack on September 11, 2001, and the first time since 1918 that firefighters had died at two separate incidents on the same day.

I was commissioned by one of the survivors to do a memorial drawing that he had always envisioned.

I don’t know her name, but I call her Wendy. Just more practicing with an airbrush.
